TECHNOLOGY The technology takes into account the basic flow of electricity in different types of combinational networks and loads. Flow of free electrons inside metallic objects is electricity these free electrons can be driven by application of oscillatory magnetic field as alternating current given by equation shown

Oscillatory electrons will flow into inductive loads and if these inductive (L) loads are connected across other type of loads like resistive (R) and capacitive (C) the flow becomes complex.

It is known usage of electricity occurs in the form of conversion from electricity to

1.Mechanical

  1. Thermal
  2. Light
  3. Chemical.

In all these applications the conversion element will be in the form of R, L, C combination that can occur in parallel combination or series combination or combination of both series and parallel as shown in the diagram.

REDUCTION OF CURRENT CONSUMPTION ALSO REDUCES (KVA, KVAR) per phase.

Power Solutiontakes the value of current and voltage of everyindividual phase and matches it with the source to reduce current consumption. In this way current is monitored and controlled for each and every phase unlike conventional systems.

 

  1. POWER FACTOR IMPROVEMENT PER PHASE

In the process of current reductionfor individual phases, power factor per individual phase increases almost to unity.

 

  1. RELEASE OF CURRENT CAPACITY
    Total effective load current decreases with the reduction in current consumption due to POWER SOLUTION. So current capacity is released which can be used for new additional equipment or the Maximum demand can be reduced as shown.

 

  1. REDUCTIONOFLINE LOSSES
    Power Solution reduces the current consumption and so sizesof cables, switchgears and Transformercapacity can be reduced. Reduction of current reduces losses in the system since the losses areproportional to the square of the current (I2R). Since POWER SOLUTION can be connected near specific load in system, reduction of current in connected cable from load to EB source will result in loss reduction and effects in KWH savings.

The LSO operates at frequency of MHz and so the dynamicresponse to change in network parameters is very fast.

 

  1. SURGE PROTECTION

POWER SOLUTION has high energy transient suppressors on each phase, so equipmentsconnected to it will be protected against repeated transient impulses up to 1600V.

 

  1. SUPRESSES PREDOMINANT HARMONICS

Predominant odd harmonics up to 11th Harmonics can be suppressed by POWER SOLUTIONeffectively reducing THD within required limits. Also THD is further reduced by the totalreduction of current consumption. Mitigation of specific harmonics above 11th Harmonics in the system can be done on request.

 

  1. IMPROVEMENT OF NETWORK POWER QUALITY
    Voltage Dips:brownout of cycle time up to 20ms can be handled by POWER SOLUTION.
    Voltage Fluctuations:voltage dips occurring repeatedly for cycle time of 10 to 20 ms can be handled by POWER SOLUTION voltages during voltage unbalance caused if one line is loaded with another line unloaded.

Instantaneous peak reduction: POWER SOLUTION eliminates reactive load current and so there is considerable reduction of instantaneous peak. In this way inrush current required by most of the electric equipments (like Motors) duristarting will be handled by POWER SOLUTION

POWER SOLUTION installation is of simple plug and play type where site programming is not required before commissioning,

POWER SOLUTION uses complementary metal oxide semiconductor technology for its internal operations which consumes only minimum power. In this way POWER SOLUTION energy footprint is only 100watts for 100A unit.

  1. HIGH EFFECIENCY EVEN IN LOW LOADS

As POWER SOLUTION takes into account the lowest to the highest value of load current per phase, it changes its RLC accordingly. In this way, POWER SOLUTION can handle from the rate current to 10% with same efficiency.

POWER SOLUTION does not have electro mechanical parts except fans that need periodic maintenance.
